Working in Lolo
Lolo's grown fast over the last decade, so we see a real mix of work. Newer subdivision homes with vinyl siding and composite decking just need routine soft-washing. Older river-corridor properties along the Bitterroot River have more established trees and heavier seasonal debris.
Proximity to Lolo Creek and the river corridor means more leaf and cottonwood debris landing in gutters and yards each fall than a typical in-town Missoula lot. We usually see gutter cleaning and leaf removal booked together out here.
Being right at the Highway 12/93 junction toward Lolo Pass, we also pick up seasonal work from cabins and second homes used for Bitterroot recreation access.
